Lawyers are subject in particular to the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), the Professional Code for Lawyers (BORA), the Specialist Lawyers’ Code (FAO), the Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (RVG), the Code of Conduct for European Lawyers (CCBE) and the Act on the Activities of European Lawyers in Germany (EuRAG). Tax advisers are subject in particular to the Tax Advisers Act (StBerG), the Implementing Regulation to the Tax Advisers Act (DVStB), the Professional Code for Tax Advisers (BOStB) and the Tax Advisers’ Remuneration Regulation (StBVV).
