2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

When you visit the website, technically necessary data are processed: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, previously visited page (referrer), browser and operating system. The processing serves to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host deletes the log files after a short period unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

3. Contacting us

If you use the contact form, send an email or call us, we process your details (in particular your name, email address, telephone number if provided and the content of your message) in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at instructing us, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Form enquiries are forwarded by email to the responsible professional and are not stored in the website’s database. To prevent misuse, a non-reversible check value derived from your IP address is kept for no more than ten minutes.

Your details are deleted once they are no longer needed to deal with your enquiry. If a mandate is concluded, the professional retention obligations (Section 50 BRAO, Section 66 StBerG) and the statutory retention periods apply.

All professionals are bound by professional secrecy (Section 43a(2) BRAO, Section 57(1) StBerG, Section 203 StGB). Please do not send confidential documents via the form; we will gladly tell you a secure way to transmit them.

4. No cookies, no analytics, no third-party content

This website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics, tracking or marketing services. No third-party fonts, maps or videos are embedded. Links to map services open the provider’s website only after you click; the provider’s privacy policy then applies.

5. Encryption

The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to it on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
